Arlington Restoration (herein after referred to as "Arlington"), warrant to the original consumer purchaser and legal homeowner (herein after referred to as the "Consumer"), that all workmanship will be free from defects, from the date signed on an official Certificate of Completion, issued by Arlington, as long as the Consumer legally owns the property on which the installation/restoration work was performed.
The warranty applies to the repair or replacement of product in case of defective/faulty workmanship only, determined as such by a competent technical entity, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, acts of nature, modification/alteration, or damage/compromise resulting from failure of or damage to adjacent/connected structures. This warranty may also be transferred to the next legal homeowner if/when the Consumer decides to sell the property. Arlington must be made aware of the transfer in writing and an authorized representative of Arlington must sign over the warranty to the new homeowner by issuance of a new Warranty Certificate, which will be supplied by Arlington. If the transfer of warranty is not completed as described above, the new homeowner will not be covered under the warranty.
The warranty only applies to workmanship defects and does not apply to color or character variations of the product itself. This warranty does not cover unfinished installation/product/services and all installation/product/services will be considered unfinished until Arlington and the Consumer, mutually agree that all installation/product/services are finished, and an official Certificate of Completion, supplied by Arlington, has been signed by an authorized representative of Arlington and the Consumer. This warranty is in lieu of all other implied or expressed warranties given by product manufacturers. All products must be properly maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications or all warranties will be null and void.
If any warranty/service work is needed, contact Arlington. Do not attempt to perform the work yourself or have any other third party perform any work as this will void all warranties given by Arlington.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
